For Everyone

Wear something business casual, professional, and fairly classic. These photos tend to last a long time, so conservative colors, clean lines, and clothes that fit well usually age better than trend-driven outfits.

We ask for 5 days notice when possible, with payment upfront to hold the session. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the session; after that point, it becomes reschedule-only.

Yes. A good headshot is mostly about the photographer making you comfortable, reading what works, and giving clear direction. We guide posing, expression, posture, and pacing so you can ease into the session.

You can reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Inside that 48-hour window, the session is no longer refundable, but we can move it to a new date instead of cancelling it outright.

Pro Session

It depends on the session, but we usually capture about 40-50 photos. You can expect roughly 15-20 edited images, and you can select 2 of them for premium touch-up.

Yes. You can use your final photos for LinkedIn, company websites, speaker bios, press, book jackets, personal sites, and other professional uses.

We show you photos during the session so we can adjust while we are still shooting. If you still do not like the final set, you can rebook a session for $200 within 72 hours of the first session.

Pro Session delivery is 48 hours. The gallery includes the edited set, and your selected premium touch-ups are handled as the final polish.

Team Session

Team Session is $500 setup, which includes 3 employees, plus $50 per additional employee. A team of 10 is $850. A team of 25 is $1,600.

Plan for about 30 minutes to set up, about 10 minutes per employee, and about 30 minutes to break down. A team of 10 usually takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes total on site. Larger teams can be scheduled in blocks so the flow does not disrupt the office.

We can bring a backdrop, but if you have a lobby, atrium, conference room, or clean background with good context, it is often better to use that. We bring the lighting and production kit to keep the photos smooth, even, and consistent. A small room or clear corner with access to power is usually enough.

We can usually add people the same day if the schedule allows. If someone misses the session, a second day can be booked for a $200 setup fee plus the remaining employees, as long as it is booked at the same time or within 72 hours of the first session.

We use in-house software to manage delivery and selection. Files are organized for easy distribution, and the process is built so employees can review and select without creating extra admin work for your team.

Yes. If the second day is booked with the original session or within 72 hours after it, the follow-up day is $200 setup plus the remaining employees at the same per-person rate.
